We are not in the business of selling products that disappoint you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, reach out! We will work to make it right.
That being said, we have the following policies in place to fall back on and protect our business.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive your order and it is damaged or defective please reach out to hello@gatsbycustoms.com. We will review on a case by case basis and provide replacement products as seen fit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
